Digital Government Development Agency
On May 13, B.E. 2561 (2018), the Royal Decree on the Establishment of the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organisation) was promulgated and has been effective since May 14, B.E. 2561 (2018). the Decree identifies that the Electronic Government Agency (Public Organisation) establishment B.E. 2554 (2011) to become the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organisation) or the “DGA”, under the supervision of the Prime Minister, the Office of the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister has assigned Deputy Prime Minister [Air Chief Marshal (retired) Prajin Juntong] to supervise the DGA on his behalf. The DGA’s duty is to provide services and supports to all government agencies with regard to digital government transformation.
