Solution description
The solution, called elDoc, is an out-of-the-box solution designed to intelligently understand and process data of different types. elDoc enables businesses to intelligently digitize data (by reading, locating, capturing, recognizing and converting semi-structured and unstructured data to a structured format, processing the data from end-to-end perspective).
The solution is more than just an Intelligent OCR. It is a fully integrated intelligent automated platform for end-to-end document workflow automation and document understanding equipped with the latest cognitive technologies and a robust security framework.
elDoc does not hinder business capabilities via total page count or the number of documents to be processed through the system. The solution provides unlimited document volume processing capabilities for businesses to quickly scale up and achieve the best automation benefits without additional investment costs.

It can be used in public institutions which often have a lot of documents that require processing which must often be done manually. This includes pre-processing, verification, and input to other systems. Moreover, public institutions spend a lot of human effort on retrieving and capturing the data from scanned documents to be further processed. Public institutions also have largely manual processes for document workflow management, data verification, data storage, data monitoring, data access, data collaboration.
Thus, the elDoc Intelligent Integrated Automated Platform, as an enterprise-level solution, will help these institutions process documents intelligently by automating document workflows from end-to-end. About the Smart Government Innovation Lab
In 2018, the Government established the Smart Government Innovation Lab to explore hi-tech products such as AI and relevant technologies, including machine learning, big data analytics, cognitive systems and intelligent agent, as well as blockchain and robotics from firms, especially local start-ups.
