An Indonesian digital accelerator has teamed up with another local company in creating an intelligent instant messaging (IM) platform aimed at assisting investors and traders in decision-making.
According to a recent report, the AI-based IM was created by PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) and PT Tetra Digital Investindo (TETRA X CHANGE) as an accessible personal trading assistant.
An analysis technique that is called Automated Respond by Virtual Technical Analyst (ARITVA) is used in order to access the trading assistant service.
This technique is designed to provide skill and knowledge as well as shorten the time needed to do stock analysis.
The algorithm behind the instant messaging platform, called SIVA, took two years to develop and is claimed to have over 67% winning rate.
Investors and traders in Indonesia are often faced with problems because they lack access to basic formal training and knowledge about the stock market.
The companies noticed that it costs valuable time for the investors and traders to do independent analysis.
Thus, they worked together in order to address the issue and provide the solution that investors and traders need.
Big data plays a huge role within the platform as the system being used by the instant messenger relies on it.
The data is periodically updated based on recorded data and analysis from all available stocks in the stock market.
SIVA showcases the analysis through user-friendly interface. It demonstrates easy to digest information and transaction type option.
More importantly, it eliminates complicated information so that everyone who is interested in trading can use it.
SIVA utilises the company’s intelligent IM platform that leverages on AI technology, thereby strengthening their service infrastructure.
A plethora of information is being offered by the platform to traders and investors. These are:
- Investment Feasibility Menu. This allows the investors to see Earning per Share (EPS) growth and stock trend based on a monthly chart.
- Stock potential menu. This is aimed for the semi-investor, which allows users to monitor all recorded stocks in the stock market. The recorded stocks are already analysed based on trend, market interest, target, and risk based on a weekly chart.
- Stock technical menu. This is aimed for traders so they can learn about the latest trends, market makers’ activities, target profit area, and cut loss area.
- Chart menu. This eliminates the manual hassle of pulling lines and finding resistance support dots that will determine supply and demand area.
The information displayed is updated twice a day, following the first and second session closing of the day in the stock market.
IM SIVA is now available in the App Store and Google Play Store, as well as on the messaging platform WhatsApp, which is accessible by adding SIVA’s official number and typing start on the user’s smartphone.
