Echoing the sentiment, Mr Sanjay Kumar, Department of School Education & Literacy (DoSE&L) underscored the significance of cultivating reading habits among individuals and highlighted the accessibility aspect of Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya, which will be available round-the-clock, transcending geographic barriers.
