Integral to the roadmap’s success are key activities, including assessing the existing business and technology environment, identifying services based on end-to-end solutions and customer needs, mapping the data implicated in the service ecosystem, recognising internal and external application integration, defining the strategic direction of digitisation, and crafting the Cyber Security Technology Roadmap.
