New AI solution launched in HK

A tech company operating under the Hong Kong Smart Government Innovation Lab announced that it has launched a new solution that is now ready to be acquired by companies and institutions.

The A.I. Ambassador with NLP and OCR

Solution description

The firm has developed a virtual AI agent for smart concierge, equipped with vivid emotions, detailed facial expressions and body gestures. It can help to solve different customer’s enquiries, providing form-filling advice at service counters.  It can provide advice on form filling, and answer application-related enquiry with fewer manpower overheads at service counters. It has been integrated with machine learning technology and can continuously improve its chatting and responding skills and give more close-fitting replies to visitors’ other enquiries.

The AI customer service in today’s society often focuses on voice-related supports only, the innovation – the AI ambassador – is designed to change the norm and bring in animated avatar characters, complete with emotion, gestures to add the human-touch elements to the virtual assistance world.

With the addition of human touch, it is hoped that the solution provides a more comprehensive customer service solution to replace the previously manned customer servicing. Moreover, it has powerful AI functionalities which include:
