Singapore’s Civil Defence Force turns to artificial intelligence to help emergency call dispatchers
In an effort to support Singapore’s
emergency dispatch phone operators, Singapore Civil Defence Force works with
four other agencies to bring in artificial intelligence (AI). This will be done
using a speech recognition system that can transcribe and log each call
received in real time.
