Empowering China’s Growing Big Data Industry

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

In the second half of 2023, the “Trusted Big Data” evaluation will begin by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). It is a thorough and strict method that helps make sure that big data products are good and reliable.

The start of the new round of evaluations shows that the big data business in China is growing and that there is a growing desire for high-quality big data products.

The “Trusted Big Data” review series covers a wide range of big data goods, such as solutions, basic functions, performance, stability, service provider capability evaluation, and construction application maturity evaluation. The evaluation process is thorough and uses a team of experts from business, government, and education.

Big data businesses will be able to show off their products and services when the next round of evaluations starts. It can also help businesses and government bodies find the best big data products for their needs.

A very important project that is helping China’s big data business grow is the “Trusted Big Data” set of evaluations. The method is strict, covers everything, and is well-known. It has helped improve the quality of big data products, build trust between users and providers, and move the big data industry towards standards.

The start of the new round of reviews shows that the big data business in China is getting more developed. It gives big data companies a chance to show off their products and services and gives businesses and government bodies a chance to find the best big data products for their needs.

All big data products that are made and used in China are eligible for evaluation, and the evaluation method has two parts: a preliminary evaluation and a final evaluation.

The first evaluation is done by a team of experts who look at how well the product works technically. The final evaluation is done by a group of judges who look at how well the product works overall, how reliable it is, and how safe it is. The “Trusted Big Data” certification is given to goods that pass the final test.

The “Trusted Big Data” certification is a great thing for businesses that deal with a lot of data. It helps users and companies build trust, and it can also help grow a business’s market share. The certification also shows that the product has been tested by someone other than the company and meets the best quality standards.

Starting a new round of evaluations is a big step for the Chinese big data business. It shows that the industry is getting more mature and gives big data companies a chance to show off their goods and services.

The CAICT and the China Information Technology Standards Institute (CITS) started “Trusted Big Data” in 2014. Since then, most people in the business have heard of it. The final test was passed by 348 goods from 150 companies, bringing the total number of tests to 381. The system has seen domestic big data goods go from being weak to strong, and the environment is gradually getting better.

Businesses, government organisations, and researchers can learn a lot from the “Trusted Big Data” evaluations. It is a tool that can help improve the quality of big data products, build trust, and help the big data business grow.
